1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Extra Money mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. About Extra Money
Extra Money is a financial facilitation platform that provides access to information and services related to:
- Stocks, Mutual Funds & US Stocks
- Fixed Deposits (FD), Bonds & IPOs
- Loans & Credit Cards
- Insurance (Health, Third-Party, Two-Wheeler, Private Car, PCV, MCV)
Extra Money does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. All services are subject to third-party approval.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App.
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and updated information
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activities
5. User Conduct Policy
As a user of the Extra Money App, you agree to follow a proper code of conduct:
1) Users must provide accurate and truthful information while referring or applying for any financial product or service.
2) Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of the user account.
3) Misuse of referral, reward points, or platform services is strictly prohibited.
6. Reward Points & Mode of Redemption
1) Users can redeem reward points through the Extra Money App.
- 1 Point = Rs. 5
- Points can be redeemed as monetary rewards or used to avail financial products or services equivalent to the point value.
2) Reward points are credited only after the successful completion of a valid referral or a confirmed transaction of a financial product or service.
3) Redemption requests will be processed within 30 days from the date of successful referral or transaction, subject to verification.
4) Extra Money reserves the right to verify, modify, reject, or cancel reward points in case of fraud, duplicate entries, or violation of these Terms.
5) For any reward or redemption-related queries, users must contact us through the Support section of the App.
7. Third-Party Services
Extra Money may connect users with banks, NBFCs, insurers, or investment partners. We are not responsible for approval or rejection of applications, interest rates, charges, policy terms, or losses arising from third-party services.
8. Limitation of Liability
Extra Money shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the App or reliance on its content.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and trademarks belong to Extra Money and may not be used without permission.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App without prior notice for violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
